1SA /ee-sa/ is a name which is rooted from the word “ISA”, a Filipino word for “ONE”. Our goal for every project is to design a One-of-a-Kind Architecture through the synthesis, or coming together, of fresh, innovative ideas and solutions to create one unique and fitting concept for every project, which each client can say is uniquely theirs.

MEET THE ARCHITECT

Ar. Eloisa Joy S. Dela Cruz UAP, rMP

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT & MASTER PLUMBER

Architect Eloisa is a graduate, with honors, from the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture. Her passion for architecture not just led to her being a consistent Dean’s Lister and graduating with honors, but also to winning multiple awards from different design competitions.

To even further her career, she acquired a Diploma in Accidental Project Management from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
